Time to Take Down OSHA Form 300
Your OSHA Form 300A has been hanging on the bulletin board since February 1st.It’s now time to take it down! (Don’t forget that you must keep your OSHA Record of Illness and Injury Logs for five years following the calendar year of the Form 300/300A).
