Session details as well as dates, location, and cost can be found here.

March 3 OSHA Recordkeeping Webinar
OSHA determines which companies it will inspect by collecting injury and illness data. It stands to reason that those companies with the highest injury and illness rates are at the greatest risk of being inspected by OSHA.  OSHA is currently focusing its efforts on reviewing the accuracy of the Injury and Illness logs it receives from companies such as yours. OSHA believes this injury and illness data is currently underreported and is questioning the validity of the recent downward trend in injuries and illnesses.  Join us for an informative webinar.  Click here for details.
OSHA Targets Printing Industry

The printing industry has been specifically identified by OSHA's revised National Emphasis Program (NEP) as an industry segment with high amputation rates. In response, Printing Industries of America, along with related industry trade groups (including PII), has published What You Need to Know for Safe Equipment Operation, a guideline for reducing the risk of amputation and other serious injuries in the commercial lithographic printing industry.  Available through Printing Industries Press for $139 ($79 for PII members), PII is distributing this 106 page book, which includes a CD Rom of supplemental materials, free to all current members of the Association.  If your company is a PII member and hasn't yet received this spiral bound green and tan publication, contact Sabina Fritzgerald at 312-580-3115, . To purchase the Guide, go to www.printing.org  and search 'amputation.'
