We offer six forms of membership in PII, each with a tiered dues structure.

Active members are defined as companies that are directly involved in the manufacture of printed materials.  This includes all printing companies, prepress shops and binding, finishing and specialty companies.  Membership dues are determined by the company’s gross annual sales generated in IL/IN.

Associate members are vendors who supply the industry with equipment, consumable products or specialty services such as consulting, financial services and more.  Annual dues are based on a company’s gross annual sales to firms that manufacture printed material in IL/IN.

In-plant members are organizations that maintain print production equipment and perform print production needs for the parent company.

Education members are defined as secondary and post-secondary educational institutions that offer a graphic arts training curriculum.

Junior members are defined as individuals under the age of 30 who are students or seeking first-time employment in the manufacture of printed materials.

Emeritus members are individuals with longstanding careers in the industry who are no longer practitioners of their trade.
